Smart Meters: Changing the Way We Think About Electrcity

Milton Hydro is installing smart meters for all residential consumers in support of the Ontario government's energy plan that calls for the installation of 800,000 smart meters by the end of 2007. All Ontario consumers will have them installed by the end of 2010.
