Important Notice Regarding Canada Post Service Strike

Canada Post has amended the nation-wide strike to a rotating strike that will affect mail delivery for Milton Hydro customers. Milton Hydro will resume mailing bills, however once they are sent to Canada Post it will be out of Milton Hydro's control as to when bills are delivered. Customers should still expect significant delays in the delivery of their bills.
We’re reminding customers that it’s important to stay on top of bill payments, ensuring their bills are paid by the due date.

As we continue to expand to meet the electricity demand for Milton's growing community and to help keep up with rising costs, a rate adjustment has been requested from the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) for January 1, 2026.
